As I stated I called this firm as I normally do from month to month because they NEVER contact You with any updates or not... You hv to beg for correspondance... I received a letter per my beggin from Mr Howard Nations at least thats who signed it bk in the latter part of October for prooof I was waiting for monies fro a settlement to show my storage co. I hv been homeless since November living in mcar with my companion (dog) Diman, who was euthanized this August due to age/illnesses... I repeadely called the firm month after monthe only to hear. Something to the effect we hv no new info... Then I heard about reaching a magic number of claims to send in, then it was another magic number for something else, this info was given by A man named Charles, who was helpful @ times in 2011 not prior... Then there was Rita who never really had much to say and at times was impatient with me as if I had no business calling to question their services... Then finally I got a packet that was paying me for a stint not the heart attack or CHF... Which Iv had numerous bouts since my initial filing. I sent the packet bk only to realize it was paying at a rate for a stint, not the higher paid ones... I called and it was like pulling teeth, finally I was told to sign a new packet and I returned it next day delivery w/signature... This was in August, Again there was this MAGIC number they had to reach for the claims... When I called today, (I'm pretty sure they all know my ph # and name by now... Josie answered the ph to hv me hold for someone who is the case manager for the Avandia claims now, I had asked to speak to Rita... I held for approx 12 minutes... Only to talk to a female who did not identify herself, and was rude and impatient, and basically called me incompetent, because I was asking specifics and she would just say "I talked to U in November, there are no new updates, kinda like saying u dont need to keep calling, she said call back in the middle of January to check, Then I wanted to know why she picked that time to call, did she hv some info she wouldnt divulge. She firther stated she wasnt gonna keep telling me she knew nothing and couldnt give me any other person who could, even after I asked to speak to an attorney... She HUNG UP... I called bk to get a Ms. Rodriguez, who also was impatient and rude and said Dont call bk until Ive settled down when I only asked for the the persons name I just spoke with... She also said in a smart aleky way I ll spell my name... Why does it seem the people are programmed to say the same things... I never heard a law firm who u couldn't speak to an attorney no get answers... It is my contention that they hv recieved monies and r drawing interst... Can this be proved or disproved... I want to receive something for my settlement... I recently had to get monies for a loan they (Charles told me about) and after 6onths which will be Jan 17 I will owe them another $2,000.00 on top of the Almost $6,000.00... I was Justice and peace in short MY MONEY... And to sever this horrible relationship with this firm... Respectfully Submitted
