I received a phone call on August 17 from a man from Online Local Yellow Pages saying they had received a request to cancel our contract and he needed confirmation to cancel. I was to answer questions with either or no answers only, and I would receive a cancellation number and would receive the invoice in about 10 days. I did not receive an invoice until 12/10. It included late charges, total $667.39. Today I received a phone call that it's being turned over to collections.
