For Christmas my daughter asked me to order a pair of Nike shoes from this web site. After trying to place an order twice and being told my credit card was not valid both times (not true!), I tried to cancel the order to be told in broken English in an e-mail (plus with the word shoes spelled as shose) that my card would be charged a 15% cancellation fee and since it was a foreign transaction, I would not see any refund for 21 days. The site has no phone number. Customer service is almost impossible to contact.
