I purchased an unlocked cell phone from Cell Hut and received it yesterday. Unfortunately, there was a European charger included. When I called customer service the rep. (Sonya) told me they were out of adaptors, they did not have to include them with the phone and that I should go out to a electronics store and buy one. She was uncaring and very dismissive. I ran out to Radio Shack in the rain last night but they had nothing compatible. I called her back this morning and told her I was very displeased with Cell Hut for not including the proper equipment that would allow the phone to work in the USA and wanted to return it. I did not feel I should be charged the 15% restocking fee. She said it was company policy to always charge this fee and there was nothing she could do. So I am out this money as well as mailing fees for a phone that will not work in the USA. I want to warn others to stay away from Cell Hut.
