My wife booked online two rooms at this motel, on August 18th, booking confirmation # 625485784, through Yellowston Economy Apartments (fax: 1 435 214 2571) using the website: booking. ComWhen we arrived there, from Portland, OR, on Sept 3rd, we found the rooms unacceptable (bed smell inside, no functional TV, no light bulbs working, dusty bed linens, etc). We did not take the rooms, and we asked for payment return (payment was made on August 18, online, with American Express credit card). The owner refused this, he was overreacting, used insulting language (like "you idiot, you crazzy etc). I ask you to help me in this matter, this behavior comming from a business owner should stop. I am not the only one person cheated by this guy. Now I am in process with American Express to get my money back, but this dishonest owner lies them constantely. Can you do some administrative sanction on this Business? I really don't want others to be victims of this tipe of business owner. Thank you much. Benedict Simon
