Back in Sept. I found a link on my Facebook page and thought it was discontinued items on clearance. After weeks of waiting and having to change the style of my bag three times, I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. Especially after the foreign transaction fee. That day I received my pkg and took off the dispute. (I was honest) Turns out my bag completely fell apart. Stiching inside came undone, straps pulled out from the outside, handle unravelled and cracked all along the edge.
I have tried to contact them but no answer back. I will call the credit card company back and explain what happened and hopefully have this resolved.
