I ordered sample supply for $4.95 on 11/3. I canceled order within 24 hours when I realized I would be obligated to monthly delivery and charges.

I was billed an additional $99.95 on 11/24 after I had previously cancelled account.

I never received ANY cigarets but was charged a total of $104.90.

Make certain this account is CLOSED and reimburse for product never received
