A 10.95 charge appeared on one of my credit cards from this company. The stormonwheels.com website sells automotive accessories so I was sure I had made no purchases from them. I called them and told the woman who answered the phone that there was a charge from them and I'd never purchased anything. She asked for the last 4 digits of my credit card and immediately said I'd ordered a "cigarette lighter" and gave me my actual address as the ship to. She immediately offered a credit within 3 days. I thought it was unusual for the person to have the information at her fingertips. And their website looked fake. Do I called my credit card company and they said the company is, as I suspected, fraudulent and they sent me a new card. These companies get away with their fraud by putting through small dollar amount charges and people who don't check their statements get burned.
