Is this a hoax. If i won how doi collect #4787 is the # i was told to put in it is suppossed to be $1000 gift card. I also have to pay for the text i got. Why do you let these people use your name if it isn't true. I guess you aren't as trustworthy as people think. We will see i think we should get something for getting all excited and then finding out it isn't true. I am really disapointed in target and probably will not go there again if this is what they do to customers. I should at least receive the $1,000 gift card or even $500 for the agrivation.
