I joined-up with Harrington Brooks in June. I've been spending them a regular charge to pay for to my lenders plus they maintain £35 of it (almost 50%). I've discovered that they have deceided to remove among my lenders (after spending them to get a year) without informing me as apparenlty it'd exactly the same reference amount as another. I've now been delivered words from the debt gather informing that they're likely to consider appropriate motion to obtain the cash from me. I've talked towards the lender myself plus they recommended they obtained the contract from Harrington Brooks in August however in May ceased receiving fee from Harrington Brooks. I've since been cost £200 in curiosity and late-payment costs which Barclay card won't return as Harrington Brooks reaches fault. Harrington Brooks state its Barclays problem and don't do something. I've stated I do want to stop my debt strategy together due to all of this and that I need to provide a weeks notice and that I don't get my cash back. Harrington claimed They did anything properly and they also aren't to blame. May I consider this any more??? Any help please
