It appears that Doug Harrington under the internet business "Von Eisenhart Rottwilers" has been running this scam for YEARS! It is recommended to contact a kennel club to find a breeder and one that has credible referrals. Also, use Paypal for your deposit rather than sending a scammer such as Doug Harrington a check. Mr. Harrington will not, and can not verify the bloodlines of the puppies he advertises through "Von Eisenhart Rottweilers". If you can not get a DNA on BOTH parents, hip certificiates on BOTH parents, and a breeder such as Doug Harrington is unable to produce a copy of them along with the dog's pedigree... RUN AWAY! The puppies advertised by Douglas (Doug) E. Harrington, "Von Eisenhart Rottweilers" could actually be from the dog pound, or from dogs of lesser quality.
