On 4-20 i printed tag, delivered one book. On 4-29 I rec'd a contact confirming delivery of guide in factory. Nowadays is 6-02 but still no-check! It was said to be 7-10 times, not 34 days and checking. I've preserved all e-mail communication between us and nothing validates the wait! IMHO their promise is phony! Exactly what does their promise manage me when they don't conform?
