Yes I work at Eubank Family Dollar #5447 and we as a team are in bad need of a working manager. Our manager is 68 yrs old and all she does is set in a chair at a table behind our registers all day long or she runs u p and down the roads on the clock. Family Dollar is paying her to do nothing something needs done now... We as a team deserve your help we have to work extra extra hard the asm's have to do all the work she does nothing but make a schedule everyday and change it we have people that come to work when there suppose to work and then they find out they dont work and have to go home due to her changing the schedule without telling them this is bull. Geneva our manager is not even able to do recovery, she cant unload a truck if she had to cant throw trash out, can only run register when knowone else is there, cant hire people on computer she dont know how makes her asm do it, we have customer complaints all the time cause she wont wait on them just sits in a chair. She still pays workers off the clock. Help get us a manager who will do work on floor please... Or are you going to keep paying Geneva to set in a chair???
