Dear Postmaster:
I've had issues through the years concerning the sluggish price by which email is shipped between Salt Lake Region and Utah Region and viceversa. I've had numerous issues with such shipping backwards and forwards, and many occasions the email wasn't shipped or dropped.
I'm awaiting two inspections from Utah Region, the one that was delivered the other day, and also the additional two nights before, both top class mail. I've received neither one.
