Well after speaking to rumuelus word weird name of-course he told me that i would in fact lower my payment on the mortgage and the rate would drop also. I can say that the young man although they are extremely hard to deal with i will say that Alex who handle my case did a great job. $4500 down to 2700 7.5% to 2.35% great job guys
