I was served with an unlawful detainer. I hire the Eviction defense network. They took my money and sent me to 4 different representatives in the firm. The paper work requesting a jury trial got lost (I have my copy). The lawyer had no clue what he was advising me on. He was intimidated by the judge. He recommended a stipulation. I trusted him and now after the court date I find that Erin D. Has moved to another agency and the firm (EDN) tells me the case is closed. I am left with the cost of HCD inspections that are based on issues not mentioned in the stipulation. Don't we deserve justice?
