Although I've not worked there long I've observed a couple of things that fear me. Heber Springs sonic drive-in is a superb location. Many the supervisors are good and understand what they're doing. Nevertheless I keep being bothered with a fellow colleague. Ill call him Joe. Joe continuously makes enjoyment of me and poor teeth me. When i attempt to operate for myself he gets in my own experience and becomes confrontational. The main one moment i visited a supervisor nothing happened. He was designed to obtain a wright up and he created a risk to set up his fourteen days notice. 8 weeks approved and he still works there. As well as for standing up for myself i obtained a wright up. That we closed. He's actually drawn a blade on somebody. He was dismissed after which rehired a short while later. Feeling he then has brandished another blade at somebody and it has not obtained so much like a wright up.individuals don't actually visit the administration anymore. Why do this when he simply gets a punch about the arm and begins targeting you more. And also to create things worse im not alone. Only recently he got in a conflict with another employe Ill contact him "John". Rick was dismissed over this and "Joe" did not actually obtain a wright up. This can be a dangerous work place. I do want to work. But "Joe" is producing might work living a living nightmare. Please somebody from Time or corporate aid. Im scared easily publish my title with this I would get dismissed.
