I appointed Claude N. Boone of Mobile, al, in March to represent me in my own breakup. He charged me $2500 in advance. Our judge day for that breakup was 6 months later. I turned up for courtroom and after awaiting Claude for an hour or so, I eventually named his workplace and his assistant stated my judge day was rescheduled with no one had called me.
Upon my next trip to his workplace I advised him of the and he chuckled it down and attempted to express they named me and advised me of the rescheduling. They didn't. He'd 6 months to organize for my situation and demand breakthroughs from my spouse and he'd delay till fourteen days prior to the judge times after which advise me he had a need to employ specialists and proceed the situation once more. He acquired two continuances that survived 6 months each, and questioned me to pay for a $3500 retainer for a specialist accountant. Then after other counsil got a next continuation within our situation I had been livid. Claude's assistants were rude and brief with me within the telephone. He'd not return my calls and inform me that which was happening with my situation. He was depleting all my retainer and hadn't gotten what we required for our situation. While he ultimately delivered my telephone call in January of I told him how rude his office team was which he was inaccessible. He did not like reading the reality and two times after our discussion I obtained a questionable, uninformative statement for over $200 as he cushioned my consideration and consumed all my retainer.
I appointed a brand new lawyer and published a notice shooting Claude and required my document and my $3500 retainer for that specialist accountant I'd offered him. Then he delivered me a notice declaring he might provide me my document when I settled my stability which I'd need to pay. 30 a full page for copies of any files he'd previously provided me.

Avoid this person. He's rude, arrogant and just needs your cash. He's no respect for that worth of your energy and his office team is similarly rude and unprofessional.
