I am on here once again to say that I still have NOT heard from this awful company! There is not a doubt in my mind this is all a scam. We all have the same complaints here and they continue to ignore all of us. NO ONE CALLS us back! I think we need to keep contacting whoever we need to contact - once they get enough complaints against them and people start seeing that we are all being done the same way by them just taking our money and not doing what they promised, someone is going to take notice and start investigating what is really going on here. I am sure we are all the same that money was important to all of us and we did not need to be done this way when we went to them for help. WHY are you not gettin us our money back like you have told all of us you would? People are tired of going thru this and you dont have the decency to call and talk to any of us.
