Okay im likely to try to get this to brief and nice but it has bill an extended overdrawn procedure... in December my spouse and that I were approached by the corporation that informed us they might conserve our house for $1,578.00 which was it. On 4/8 I called back to check my status and the company name had changed to The National Foreclosure Consultants Group laa dee daa!!! At the moment the work arround had gotten better although not actually near acceptable performance. Several more weeks passed and undoubtedly all my info required updated price me a lot of money to carry on to workplace max to send coppies but when somebody had bill doing what I settled them for they wouldnt have required updated information. About 14 days before I received a notice in the judge declaring that my home is likely to be in love with september 20th by auction. This annoyed me acutely these folks havent completed anything I settled them to complete!!! They contact me back on 6/30 and suggest that they require more updated check statements and duty data and so I provide it for them never to obtain a phone till nowadays 7/14 after several voicemails etc. They inform me that People Lender wishes 3,000 bucks to save lots of my house!!! Obviously im fustrated at the moment and that I need my money-back and normally no body is at work that may do so. How convienent!!! Out-of fustration i contact us lender my mortgage business and have them about how frequently they talked with them. Surprise surprise they hav hardly also approached them untill recently!!! And not just that its only one, 394.00 to save lots of my house settled straight to them!!! Therefore at this time my thinking hat turns on... Hello why dont we contact them back and let them know we've a relative that'll spend the cash when they email us a notice declaring just how much they require from us to save lots of our house!!??? Therefore we do when gina dean gets about the telephone we ask her... She claims nicely she must call-back and comfirm using the organization it might be more??!!! Got ya reddish lippped!!! I advise her that people currently talked with themand they informed us-1,394.00 straight to them-and its completed!!! Plus they advise us thats precisely what they informed her actually enjoyed back the discussion for all of US! I advised them I'd like my money-back or I contact the states attourney's office. They claimed no need the folks who provide the discounts are strangely in work today!!! And they'll contact me straight back! Therefore after 10 minuites pass this Velahos attourney jackoff calls me back and it has the nerve to consult me why i deserve to possess my money-back!!! While hes screaming and begging a match! He says im not obtaining it and thats it. Be assured im processing using the states attourneys workplace and with a couple on my regular flyer miles to pay for him a trip tommorow:)
