I hate this bank. They sucked me in with great customer service, then once signed up they cant help you. Im a single mom of 5 from a divorce all one dad before anyone says anything stupid. I am hurting financially and my account stays negative. Ive paid more in overdrafts than i could want to borrow, and now that its the holidays i need 500 for christmas and no one can help its crappy i pay what i should and they "pride themselves in helping the community" yet were dicks when i went in.
