I need your immediate help! On November 11 I sustained a bad fall in one of your stores located in Palo Alto, CA and injured my right shoulder and neck. Unfortunately, due to my age, I have experienced a lot of pain and I have had received medical care as well as missed time on my job as a result of this injury.

Unfortunately, Sedgwick Corporation has assigned Mr. James Nelson as their adjustor for my case. Honestly, he has not performed well and his services are inadequate due to his inability to handle this claim fairly and reasonably. My expenses are well over $15K, not to mention the pain and suffering that I have endured. Mr. Nelson is uncooperative and unable to settle this claim to cover these costs and I am extremely frustrated. As a long time customer of Walgreens, along with my friends and family who are also long time customers, I am disappointed because Sedgwick’s service handling this claim has caused me grief and it is not being reviewed adequately and my Attorney has gone back several times to get this resolved fairly. Although, has recently received a lot of public bad press, it is a really good drugstore.

There were two witnesses as the Walgreens at the time of the accident and the Manager took a report and pictures of the flooring at the time of the accident so there should be no doubt that Walgreens is at fault. My Attorney stated that the Sedgwick’s Adjustor is not cooperative and unwilling to adjust this claim and suggested requesting the pictures/evidence and other documentation pertaining to this accident.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your review of Sedgwick and their Claim Adjustor services. If you do not care to respond to assist me with this problem, I was told to try to contact you or your corporate office through your Facebook and Twitter to find assistance with this problem. Trying to contact someone on social media can be difficult especially to companies that do not demonstrate care and concern for the well being of their customers. That is why I am soliciting your immediate assistance because I am very disappointed with this situation. Although Sedgwick is hired to represent, please note that they are not cooperative and are not demonstrating characteristics of a reputable company. I trust this is not the way that wishes to conduct business with valued customers
