I came to the office of Mr. James Usher and thoughts as many others that he was a lawyer. Mr. Usher is not a layer he ia a private detective. If i wiukd ave know this I would have not have delt with Mr. Usher. He is very unprofessional.
I came to Mr. Usher about a case. Mr. Usher said he would handle the case and I would have to pay 2,400. I paid him his money and waited for him to get started in the case. He had all of my original documents and when I ased about them he said he needed the to continue the case.
I told Mr. Usher that my case was serious and he said he would be on top of it. He wasn't a lawyer so he could not be on top of my case? As time went on I became impatient. I contacted the local media and told them my story thinking that Mr. Usher would be on my side he wasn't he told me that the media would "dig up information and we didn't want that" and refered me to an Attorney Peggy L. Brown.
I was mad. I am a knoweldgeable enough that I could look up my own lawyer. Ms. Brown Was pathic and I'm being very nice.
Mr Usher lost my paper work. Stole my money and didn't even have the courage to take his supena for the lawsuit I'm filing against him. He is a crook!!! Do not support his fraudelent business!!!
