I used it and the interface was clunky and I had to do a million clicks to do anything

The product hurts, I applied it and also the software was clunky and that I needed to perform a thousand ticks to accomplish something. The technicians mustn't understand how to resolve functionality problems perfectly. Additionally i keep receiving junk from their website.
