On 02/09 my personal bank card (Visa) was charged $3.40 by Bestpic.Biz, a company with which I had no dealings and certainly never authorized the use of my credit/debit card. I will be seeking the return of all funds withdrawn from this account without my approval, punitive damages for invasion of privacy by fraud and pressing federal fraud charges, if my first two demands are not met to satisfaction.
