174030075991 bestpic.BIZ / 727-231-4870 FLUS: POS Transaction
The above debit details came through on my bank account on Sept 19. I went to what I believe is their website (www.electronicspoint.com/bestpic-biz-t238558.html) and sent a complaint. I have not received a reply. I have sent a second compaint today. When I call 727-231-4870 all I get is a v/m message & am unable to leave a message of my own. I have contacted my bank who are sending me the necessary paperwork to proceed with an investigation. The debit to my account is minimal but my concern is that this company was able to debit my account in the first place. I had never heard of this company and certainly never ordered anything from them. Please can you give me any feedback on Bestpic.Biz, what they do and if you have had any other complaints about bogus debits by them.
