I purchased terracotta saucers on Amazon.com. These were loaded in several bits of brown-paper and came all damaged. I informed ProMax instantly. They stated these were sold-out and may not substitute from the period I needed them. After battling for weeks to obtain my money-back, Amazon ultimately returned by $96 delivery charge. ProMax wont return calls or react to my notice. They breached the agreement and wont provide me my $106.95 back.
