Do not guide accommodations straight through Kayak.com — they do not assure the concerns!
I came across an excellent resort offer in London (Portugal) for my vacation through Canoe. I arranged my reservation straight through them (and paid upfront for that resort).
Works out it's fraud. I'd a buddy in London contact the resort to verify the reservation. They WOn't recognize the reservation, because they do not use Canoe.
I Have currently invested three times about the telephone with Canoe. First, all their contact figures move one to customer support in India. They'll not allow you to speak straight to anyone who talks obvious language in the USA.
In the beginning, they desired to guide me into regional resorts that have been actually 3 times as costly... Plus they wanted me to pay for the distinction.
Next, they began encouraging to guide me into another resort, place me on-hold after which the telephone disconnects. Or they never get the telephone again.
They WOn't return my reservation, as there's A - 100% cancellation fee.
After three times, I've invested more than 10 hours about the telephone (and on-hold) together.
Completely horrible experience.
Our vacation is in fourteen days and today I am caught looking for a location to remain... As well as the prices are absurd since it is really near.
DoN't use Canoe to straight guide a resort. They don't assure the reservation plus they WOn't return my income. (I am dealing with my lender to challenge the cost on my charge card.)
