Was cited $40 for HP notebook with poor drive. Required 14 days to get their paid shipping container. Required another week after they obtained it in order for them to inform me they'd spend $5. No clarification - no present to come back the notebook easily did not take $5. They believed to contact them or react to the e-mail if any concerns. Can not obtain a genuine individual to react by e-mail: they need me to contact them between 8-4 PST. Avoid cash4laptops. Have handled gazelle.com before - they're the best procedure - not cash4laptops.
