A business named Positronic Design is keeping all my sites hostage on the internet server in Holyoke MA plus they WOn't let me transfer my sites into another host. I employed them to upgrade being an update to 1 of my sites more than 7 weeks before. They stated it'd be around $2.500.00. They kept striking my charge card as much as $5,500.00. It’s been more than 7 weeks and also the easy site continues to be not finished. I told them that I needed my money-back and FTP entry to transfer all my sites and documents to a different company’s host. Dave Caputo the dog owner subsequently delivered me a notice challenging another $3,200.00 discussing the sum total to an almost crazy $8,500.00 After I stated no means he switched all my sites off for over 3 hours and set up a web site stating that I don’t spend my expenses! Our Host costs will always be paid-up to-date and it has nothing related to the issue of the over-priced definately not accomplished site that'll never be finished.
Dave Caputo can also be keeping my unrelated sites hostage on his web-server and he'll not let me transfer them! I've employed an attorney to obtain an injunction to drive him to open FTP use of my site information and back-UPS. Is there a national regulation that may drive him to provide me back my site information home? Or have him imprisoned for extortion? I've noticed that I'm not alone having issues such as this with David Caputo of Positronic Design!
