Complaint / Review
Defrauded by Internet CD/video company

I'm writing to record having been defrauded by, the ecommerce supply of Tamuz Documents Ltd. I've maintained all related paperwork to verify my statements.

On Dec. 1, I put an order with for five CDs (Order Quantity IM-73238)., that I paid $125.97 CAD via Paypal. On Dec. 21, Israel-Audio informed me by mail they had confirmed my cost, and offered mean estimated shipping day of December 22 (which did appear peculiar!). Nevertheless, every time I've attempted to monitor my purchase since that time, I discover that they record it as "being prepared and organized for cargo." By April I'd sent Israel Music ten occasions to ask what had occurred to my purchase. Every time, I acquired no reaction except the exact same pc-created concept. I've attempted to get hold of them by telephone, and there's never been a spirit there – merely a registered communication declaring the style mail was complete! Lastly, I published for them in the contact address supplied on the site (Tamuz Documents Ltd., PO Box 198, Ra'anana, 43102, Israel), but received no a nutshell, the CDs never came. I eventually quit on my purchase, though once in some time I still check up on its standing – which, by June 17, was still shown as “being refined and organized for shipment”! I question whether is just a genuine company at-all — actually, whether it actually exists conserve like a shiny site

I'm Canadian, but evidently clients from Holland and Germany are also subjects of scam in the fingers of the mail order organization. They record encounters nearly just like quarry, a number of that are explained on sites for example (“Chrizzl” and “Gingio” in the Netherlands), ch. (“W. Gebhardt” from Germany), and about the website of Henrik Blunck (likewise from Germany). It's essential that individuals be informed about that shameless organization so they also don't become patients!
