Where do I begin. Dishonest? Liars? Deceitful? Thieves? I can not say enough negative about that organization. We requested a lot of burlap coffee bags from their store, settled them a lot of cash to deliver them to us (over $700.00). Once they came there have been sisal bags, NOT burlap as previously mentioned on the site. Ok to not fear they will create the modification right? No, they transformed their site from burlap to sisal 24 hours later then would not correct the mis-cargo. Today nearly 9 weeks later-after attempting to solve the issue together and also the cc organization they state that we got what we requested. I would like to consider them to small-claims, but I dont have paperwork to record the purchase because it was completed verbally with CC. Don't use these men if you don't need to risk getting scammed! I've found iam not alone they've robbed!
