They advertise 1.97 for shipping and handling, charged to me on 12/7/09. They mean an email, and for me it was never recieved, and by december 11, $77.83 was taken out of my checking account, along with an extra 19.95 that i 'apparently' agreed to as well. I called 3 different times, chole mayer, kathleen..., and joanne hawkins all told me i would get my money refunded, and they do not refund your money. Now i'm told i am not entitled to a refund. I never ever recieved anything for my money. This company is a complete scam. How are they allowed to advertise on google???
