Stole my domain

I bought a domain an they said they could not bill
my credit card twice because why im not sure
while im trying to prove to google who i am some one else bought it. This is not the first time when i bought cybermoviestar.com within four hours someone else had tried to register it i saw the site.
Google get rid of your pirates
