Charging me for a subscription i didnt sign up fo

I simply requested a telephone number and in regards to a week later I had been activated with a identitytheft factor for 19.95 monthly. I did so wish to donate to this. Or do I actually recall being proven that I had been activated for this. I did so contact the organization and stop it out. Nevertheless I actually do believe this can be a fraud.
