Ordered phone 4 months ago cost 200.00 didn't get phone

Company is a rip off, ordered phone 4 months ago, haven't got.Co. States doesn't have in stock and is on backorder, yet they avertize the same phone on sale and is in stock. I have lost 200.00 dollars. I think I might give them a visit.
