I was charged twice ($41.85) for the acai when i was only supposed to be debited only $1.95. Then i was kept on the line over 40 minutes and the lady said they would reimburse me for the one they charged to my credit card. However my bank said they charge two times $41.85.
How can i get my funds back even though i will cancell my card.
