I have tried to cancel this service immediately after finding out that it was not compatible with my PC. How convenient. They charged my credit card $35.88 and will not answer the phone, email or website contacts. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute this charge because I have never been able to use this service. 10 days later still no contact from them.
