Striaex con-company. I orderd this trial product from striaex on Dec. 7 received it on the 20th of Dec. Sent it back on the 7th of Jan. The fight was on to get my money back they had charged my credit card 79.99 before I recieved the product. It was suppose to be a trial period and not to be charged asap. I knew once this happened I had been ripped off so I called my credit card company at once and said I lost the card to cancel any further transactions and send me a new card. The whole time I had been in contact with striaex telling them I didn't want the product and sent it back to them. I must have recieved 20 emails from their so called legal advisor Steve Mitchell saying they where going to report me and sue me. Go ahead and try what are they gonna come down from Canada and take me to court nothing but scare tactics.
Anyway what I did was I got ahold of UPS and had them look up the record of when they picked up the product and shipped it to me which they did;they where alot of help. Mean time I had gone to UPS and paid 12.00 to ship it back to them I used the address from the shipping label on the package I recieved instead of the P.O. Box address they tell you to ship it to. UPS told me they don't deliver to a P.O. Box number which was also helpful. So a couple of weeks went by and I was notified that go old Striaex had refused my return, not just once but UPS tried to deliver my return several times that was a breech in their return policy.
I had all the proper paperwork, tracking numbers, emails. Then I had to put in a dispute with the credit card company had to send them copies of all my paperwork and had made several calls to them also. Striaex also blocked my email address I guess they where tired of my emails threating them;you will never be able to call them either just a recording. I have reported them to everyone I could think of BBB of Canada, BBB of Missouri, FDA, local news channel, and my States Attorney Generals office. Someone has to stop this con-company eventually I hope. I finally recieved a credit on my card of 79.99 but it took alot of paprework, time and persistants also about 5 months but at least Striaex didn't recieve a dime from me. If you find yourself in this problem don't be bullied by them don't be scared of them reporting you to a collections agency. They have didn't nothing to me and it's been since Dec. 2007 now it's Sept. Of 2009. I faught them and won yeah me. Fight them too. I wonder what they told my credit card company why they refused my package paperwork and records don't lie. Good luck and don't be scared into paying them a dime.
