I live in Australia and have been Bombarded with these emails telling me i have Won $ only to find out i need a Credit Card to claim the prizes. I for one cut my Bankcard up 20 years ago and do not require one, if i can not pay cash i use a cheque.
At the end of the day Free means it cost Nothing, not $ per week to be Eligable for FreeLotto.
