Trader Jons advertised a "NEW Sanyo SCP-8400 Sprint PCS VIDEO CAMERA CELL PHONE!" The phone I received had already been activated and had phone numbers in the 'Contacts' directory. No warranty or user manual was received. Trader Jons has not responded to my complaint. I paid through Pay-Pal and registered my complaint with them. Next, my credit card company will be notified.
