This site is bad news for people looking to sell accounts. The website itself has a nice system that people would think would provide fast and great service, but theur service is horrible. First problem is they have extremely slow and almost non existant communication. Their "live chat" is non existant, it was never up in the 2 weeks I tried to chat with them, and their email and facebook response times were horrendous.in fact I emailed them well over 2 weeks ago stressing and outlining my problem with them, I still havn't gotten a response. I had posted 3 accounts and accepted the qoutes given. For one account I was put in the waiting que and was told that it meant they were backed up on buying accounts for that game, and I said ok thats fine. But for my other 2 accounts, I posted them, and then they were stuck on processing for 2 weeks straight. I recieved an email telling me that their system made an error on my account quote and if I wanted to sell my account I had to accept the new quote (remember I have already given them all my account information and now they are changing the price), I accepted the new price. A couple days passed and then they sent me the same exact email asking me to confirm the price, I accepted AGAIN. And ever since then they still havn't updated my account status. 1 is on waiting que, one is on proccessing, and one is on waiting for reply, but I have already replied two times. It's been well over 2 and half weeks with no process and they still haven't replied to my email which I sent over a week ago. Horrible service, shady business, and I wouldn't trust them for any transactions... Other people may have had better experiences but it's all a numbers game, don't be the one to get screwed over like I did.
