They declined to provide a reimbursement declaring it had been "special-order AND ultimate purchase, no discounts or trades". The web page TODAY has it shown as "special-order". Just hope I'd published unique info just before buy. I'm out $127.00; customer support inadequate. No method to achieve by telephone, I tried often. Email change is terrible however they state 24 hours, attempt 2-3 times if-then. Won't ever purchase from them again. Not bad grapes below, accurate encounter.
