Rockwellclub.com, Ingram Enterprises, Crestar Manufacturing took money, never delivered figurine, bad phone & address ripoff

On August 3 I ordered a Rockwell figurine on the web site www.rockwellprints.com. This is supposedly a site run by Scotty Ingram, a child model of Norman Rockwell. On August 19 I emailed [email protected] inquiring about my order. My credit card was charged, but no item was received. There was no response to my email. I then called the business listed on the order page, Crestar Manufacturing, (866) 919-0300. The gentleman who answered the phone informed me that he only deals with the prints, and Scotty Ingram takes care of the figurines. He then said he would contact Mr.ingram and see what he could do.

I waited a while longer with no response. I then visited Mr.ingrams's web site and tried to call the phone number listed there. From the answering machine message I deduced that this is not a correct number. I then mailed a letter to the address on this web site. It was returned as unable to forward.

I then sent a letter to Crestar Manufacturing asking for more help with my order. I received an email from them on September 19th stating that Mr.ingram was again reminded about my order and pledging to help me with this problem.

It is now October 12th, and I have still not received my item or a refund of my money. I suspect that I am being given the run-around!
