Payments where withdrawn from bank account on the 17th and again on the 30th. Their withdraw practices are very unprofessional. When asked to have bill mailed to me, I was told that their company does not do that. I really don"t believe that. This is not the first time this has happened. I requested that the withdraw date be set for the second week of the month. I am looking for another internet provider. When I called concerning this, I was told thatthe bill where sent out the 1st of each month. The 30th is not the first of the month.
