I obtained another shade of the scarf from what I requested. After I named the client support, they stated that the scarf comes out and that I can't trade for that one I requested. All-they state is the fact that I will return and obtain a return. I inquired when there is something they are able to do about that, plus they stated that they verbally apologize however they do not do other things. I wont get something from their website again.
