I just spent 2 complete frustratingg days, trying to just contact Customer Services and/or Tech Support to file a Warranty Claim. They Make it appear they do not want to be bothered, and through all the Difficulties they add in or "hide" from you for contact.
DO NOT BUY ANY SEAGATE Product, which includes Samsung Hard Drives... OR you will be sorry. This is al "commonly" known throughout the Internet (just do a Google search),
Their External Hard drives run at "Critically Hot temperatures (and Mine failed in Less than 3 months) Those of you who do NOT heed my words will pay in the end (Literally) LUCKILY aMAZON.com IS AWARE of the Problems trying to get Warranty Support wiith Seagate, So they Amazon.com, where I made the purchase, is giviong me a refund
