Further Investigation of Lowlife Swindler Jay Servidio
My investigation of con artist Jay Servidio and Teleteria.com gets more interesting all the time. The following is from a highly reliable source who spoke on the condition of anonymity:
I worked for Jay for a total of two weeks and quite because of his ethics and the fact that the paycheck' he promised weekly never appeared. I had to go through the Connecticut Labor Department and they ruled in my favor. I would like to gather a bunch of people together that have been screwed by this shitbag and file a class action against him.
Here is a little inside information on Jay Servidio. His so-called company consists of Jay himself and a handful of college kids he hires to do cheap Web design and never pays. His company is run from the basement of his condominium in New Canaan, Connecticut, not from New York. He has a virtual office' setup in NYC and all of the mail is forwarded to his home address. Sixty percent of the call volume to his office' are people wondering there their Web site is or where their money went. The other forty percent are people falling for his scams.
I have since started my own legit IT company and have been quite successful. I would like to help out in any way possible to bury this piece of shit because people like him ruin the Internet and our freedom on a regular basis and need to be stopped.
So much for the great businessman Jay Servidio. The source says that Servidio doesn't even have a high school diploma or GED! I always felt he was a not-so-bright crook, and maybe being a dropout helps explain it. Servidio's condo is at 123 Richmond Hill, Suite 18, New Canaan, Conn. 06840. It seems that his condo association does NOT allow running businesses out of condo units, especially a business involving fraud and pornography. When my investigation determines the name of the condo association and its president, I'm sure they will find Servidio's illicit activities of interest. Maybe we can get him kicked out on the streets of New Canaan.
The source says that Servidio lives in the condo with his wife and two little children. His wife Carol is described as looking like a washed-up porn actress. How would you like to be one of his poor kids? Your mom resembles a has-been porn performer and your dad's a small-time con man. Very sad.
As everyone knows, Teleteria's Web site content consists of overpriced junk content. You can do better elsewhere for a lot less money. His TeleteriaCasino.com is likely in violation of federal antigambling statutes. I filed a complaint with the U.S. Attorney's office, District of Connecticut. I received a letter in response from Assistant U.S. Attorney David J. Sheldon, who stated that he referred my complaint to Supervisory Special Agent Joseph Dooley of the FBI office in New Haven, Conn. I have copies of these letters for anyone who wants them. If we can't send liar-fraud-crook-small-time-con-artist Jay Servidio to jail for his fraud, maybe we can put him away for illegal gambling on the Internet.
If Servidio cheats his customers and employees, does he cheat the government also? I suggest you save all your records of payments to Servidio and Teleteria, especially payments to Servidio personally. If I can arrange for the IRS and the tax departments of New York State and Connecticut to investigate the crook for tax fraud, they might find large amounts of money not declared as income. With scumbag Servidio, who knows?
My source suggests that the best way to deal with the slimeball is a class action suit. An aggressive attorney could take the case on a contingency basis. That way, there would be minimal upfront costs. If anyone knows of a combative lawyer who would do it, let me know.
Scuzzy Servidio has been known to make threats to his victims or their loved ones. Here's how the source handled it: he called the Greenwich and New Canaan (Connecticut) police departments and reported the threats. The police advised Servidio that if he called again, he'd be arrested. End of threats. It's important to remember that Shitbag Servidio is the fat bully on the playground who slinks away when you stand up to him. He and I happened to be alone in the restroom at the Manhattan Criminal Courts Building. He allegedly is an expert in some martial art, but all he did was whine about suing me for defamation. (This was in May and he still hasn't sued.) I'm 5-10,150 pounds, and don't know any martial arts. But I'm from Chicago (originally) and know how to kick a lard-assed sissy like Servidio down the steps if required.
But all of the news from the source wasn't good. I asked what the chances were that I would get my $5,000 back from Jerk Jay. Not likely, the source said. Jay doesn't have a pot to piss in. Oh, well. Maybe we'll have to settle for putting the scamster out of business and behind bars.in any case, keep those complaints and postings coming. We need to warn newbies that Servidio is lurking in the gutter.
