I'm new client to FarFetch. Created a checkout cost of $758 AUD following the exchange rate. FarFetch responded, terminated my purchase and request bank transfer. Attempted to complete a bank exchange, today it cost $808 AUD using the lower exchange-rate and bank transfer charge that I've to pay for. Evidently the very first cost had been been delivered and today FarFetch has returned me, its likely to consider 2 weeks to complete a credit reimbursement. Terrible, I'm not likely to spend till I obtain my first cost.
Hardly understand why FarFetch needs to confuse the cost procedure. I never had such issues with LUISAVIAROMA, MR PORTER, Netaporter etc eben with large dealings. FarFetch does not realize 'support quality', today it's get extra-cost and time-on their client fingers. It surely affects to obtain this type of horrible buying experience, I'll not suggest one to purchase from below. MR PORTER and Net A Porter are equally UK companies like FarFetch, but their customer support is completely exceptional when compared with FarFetch.
