My Vuescan for use with a Nikon LS 5000 film scanner stopped functioning properly. I called Hamrick for support and was offered only a Upgrade for $40. I ordered it for download, but it would not complete. Absolutely no phone or internet support for correction, nor refund of the credit card payment. Only a message that no credits are issued because it makes the purchaser "lazy!" This is a complete about face from my first purchase in 2010. CAUTION, buyers!
